The Starboard Strategic Referral Program
At Starboard Strategic, we believe in the power of connections. If you know businesses that could benefit from our premium offshore staffing solutions, we'd love to meet them.
How to Participate
Participating is straightforward, and everyone is welcome—whether you're a current client or not. Here’s how:
1. Submit a Referral
Fill out the contact form above and include referral details in the message box. Be sure to provide the referred company's name, address, decision-maker's contact information (name, position, email, and phone), and their website if available.
2. Schedule a Discovery Call
After receiving your referral, we will reach out to schedule a call with you to discuss the details of your referral and answer any questions you may have.
3. Stay Updated
We will send regular email updates on the progress of your referral and notify you once they engage with our services.
4. Receive Your Reward
After your referral successfully integrates offshore staff through Starboard Strategic, you will receive a referral bonus, paid out according to our quarterly payment schedule.
For each successful referral you will earn a referral bonus of $500

Yes, our referral program is open to everyone.

No, there's no limit. You're encouraged to refer as many companies as you believe would benefit from our services.

To make a successful referral, you must introduce Starboard to a decision-maker through the referral form. Decision-makers include anyone with a managerial, C-suite, or leadership title. You cannot refer a company you work at. Referrals must be for new business and not companies currently or previously clients of Starboard. If we have received two or more referrals for one company only the referral that results in the first business will qualify.

Bonuses are disbursed quarterly after the referred company successfully integrates our staffing solutions and meets the program criteria.
